Insight teacher, and conceptual artist, Rob Verrill, will be firing up the imaginations of students, using every day objects as a starting point for making artwork. Students will be challenged to develop thought provoking ideas about the world around them, and communicate their ideas in visually interesting ways to an audience.

Students will have access to a wide range of materials in the studio, to make two or three dimensional work, an installation or even a performance!

Rob will introduce work by some of the contemporary artists who have had an impact on his own practice, including Helen Marten, Richard Tuttle and Stephen Buckley. Expect the unexpected!

This workshop is suitable for anyone looking to develop their conceptual skills and add more meaning to their work.
