We have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website.

We have a sign up form on our website so that we can collect names and email addresses so that we can send email news to people interested in our classes and news about our school. These details are stored on mailchimp.com who have their own privacy policy which we believe is in line with ours.

Every email that is sent to people who have signed up for news contains an 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom for people to use should they decide that they no longer wish to receive emails from us. You can also send us an email request via the Contact link on our website to unsubscribe you or to remove all the data we have collected from you. You can also send a letter to our address which is Insight School of Art, 1a Cadbury Close, Whetstone, N20 9BD.

If you book a class through our website, we collect information to help us offer you the best possible service and to be able to contact you should we need to during or after the term.

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our website. Your IP address is used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information.

Our site uses cookies to keep track of your shopping cart. We use cookies to identify you so we can retrieve your information so you don't have to re-enter it each time you visit our site.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All data is protected using the most advanced methods available. We do not store financial information like credit card numbers on this site.

All personal information gathered about you is stored on a secure cloud, accessed only by the Director and the studio manager at the school and on our secure accounting software which is shared with our accountant.

All teachers have access to your phone number via the register so that they can contact you if needed during the term or to contact parents during children's classes.

We do not share your information with anyone else unless we are required to by law.
