Students who attend Print Club can either follow the workshop style sessions planned by tutor Celestine Thomas, or make their own work in the studio, using our lovely press, and receive guidance.

Every two weeks, Celestine will introduce and demonstrate a different printing process, aimed at beginners, and set a brief for anyone wishing to follow a set programme. Students will be introduced to a range of printmaking techniques, including Lino Printing (including multi block), Dry Point, Mono Printing, Collagraph and, new in 2023, Screenprinting.

Print Club! is a friendly, sociable weekly printmaking session on Tuesday evenings in Whetstone, London. Celestine encourages and supports students throughout the print making making process, from initial ideas to completion, offering advice from start to finish and helping each student to produce successful artwork in their own personal style.

Students are required to provide their own equipment most weeks, however, the studio has a press, screens, and provides black ink and some paper. We also provide basic materials so that students can have a go at the techniques demonstrated by the tutor.
