ISoA students at Clifford Road Allotments

Posted on by Paul Regan

A couple of weeks ago, students from most of our classes for adults met at Clifford Road allotments to paint for a couple of hours. The location was stunning, the weather was great (most of the time) and the students had a lovely time painting ‘en plein air’.

Some of the paintings can be viewed here on our Facebook page

If you would like to see the allotments for yourself they’re holding their Summer Show this year during the afternoon of August 30th. More information about the allotments can be found on their website.

The allotment committee have asked whether Insight School of Art students would like to have a stall to sell their work at the Summer Show. If you’re an ISoA students and have allotment related paintings or drawings (landscape / still life / figures) that you would like to put up for sale please contact Paul Regan as soon as possible. As long as there are enough volunteers to help on the day, we will have portfolio stands of mounted work. Please get in touch if you can help out.

Insight School of Art students are also welcome to paint on the day.
