Drawing: Back to basics

Working directly from still life objects, students will experiment with a wide range of drawing materials including pencil, charcoal, pen and ink, fineliners , marker pens and more, learning about different processes and techniques.

During the afternoon, students will be shown how to make informed decisions about arranging objects together into a composition and guided to produce a detailed still life drawing using their own choice of materials.

All materials will be provided.
