Autumn term classes starting September 13th 2010.

Enrolment can be made online, in person, by calling 0208 441 6153, Mondays - Wednesdays (10am – 12pm) or by post using this application form with a cheque to Insight, PO Box 3399, Barnet EN5 9DN.

Please print and complete this application form, indicating each class you wish to join and post with payment to 'Insight'. Please note that places are limited. If the class you wish to join is full you will be offered an alternative class or full refund.

By completing your details you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.

Terms and conditions for term time classes:

1. Cheques should be crossed and made payable to "Insight".
2. If you require to cancel your application before the start of term, a 20% administration charge will be made per person per course.
3. Once term has started, missed lessons can sometimes be made up by attending a similar class at a different time of the week if agreed by Insight.
4. No refunds are given once term has started. The Insight School of Art reserves the right to make any changes to the details of the course programme.
5. If you are a new member, you should receive a 'New Members Information Sheet'and a receipt within 14 days. Please contact the Insight School of Art if you don't receive them.
