Why do people join the Insight School of Art?
The Insight School of Art specialises in providing the highest standard of painting and drawing tuition at locations in Barnet, North London and St Albans in Hertfordshire. There are a variety of art classes, catering for the different interests and abilities of both adults and children.
The Insight School of Art's experienced teachers plan comprehensive, informative classes that aim to teach everybody something new each lesson, broadening students' skills, knowledge and understanding of art. As a member of the Insight School of Art you can be sure that you will be shown how to become a better artist. Artists naturally develop their own unique style through time, but without the Insight School of Art's in-depth knowledge of materials, processes and techniques improvement can be very slow and frustrating.
Classes for adults
The Insight School of Art holds a broad range of friendly art classes for adults. People who attend classes for beginners follow 'step by step' tasks that carefully introduce a variety of approaches to painting and drawing, whereas students who attend higher level classes are given challenges designed to broaden specialist knowledge and encourage development of their own individual style. All classes include demonstrations by the teacher, reference to art from history using an LCD projector, books and slides.
Classes for Children
The Insight School of Art's classes and workshops for children bring together young artists who have a passion for art and see painting and drawing as an important part of their life and possibly their future. Insight's highly qualified teachers develop each childs painting and drawing skills to build on their experience gained in school, without conflicting with the expectations of the National Curriculum.
